• The symbolism of Passover rituals set the stage for understanding the Last Supper & the sacrament.
• The Mount of Olives, place of the Red Heifer sacrifices, is where the Savior’s blood-stained atoning sacrifice occurred. He will return to this mount in red clothing.
• Witnessing ancient stone steps at Caiaphas’ palace reminds us of Peter knowing that he “knew Him not!”
• Pontius Pilate’s Judgment seat reminds us of the political maneuvering of the Chief Priests, Pilot and Jesus at the mocking trial He endured.
